1. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any products or services purchased from Intimate Loop Boudoir. Once a purchase is made, it is considered non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. When a service is booked, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, rescheduling is permissible within reason. This includes any prepayments made in advance. Time and resources are dedicated to our sessions, which prevents us from allowing a refund.

3. No-Shows

With respect to any appointment or session, failure to show up for a scheduled appointment / session will result in forfeiture of any payments made for that appointment unless arrangements can be made to accommodate a rescheduled appointment.

4. Product or services

Should you encounter any issues with the product or service you received, (i.e., a damaged print), please contact us directly. We will review the matter and work diligently to address any concerns within the boundaries of our policies.

5. Digital Products

For digital products and downloads, once the content is accessed or downloaded, refunds will not be issued.
